He is a former Consultant Dental Surgeon at Terence Cardinal Cooke Medical Center in New York. Great friendly staff and Dr. Phil Paleracio was amazing because he cared for his patient. He used his lunch break just to see me from 12-1:30 pm. Dr. Phil provides great service to veterans because I can feel how he appreciates the service that the military members have provided because the government often neglect them.
